This is a naturally processed Natural Saudi coffee grown in the Jabal Al-Hashr region of Jazan, at an altitude of 1850–2000 meters. It is produced on Alraheeq Farm. Coffee varietal is Typica.

Coffee cultivation has flourished in the highlands of Jazan, where farms like Al-Rahaeq have been dedicated to producing high-quality Khawlani coffee. The Arabica trees, grown for decades in these mountains, thrive in ideal conditions including fertile mountain soil, temperate highland climate, and elevations that support high cup quality.


We present it in a city plus roast suitable for filter, espresso and milk beverages producing a moderate body, red fruit acidity, and notes of blackberry, cherry, with a lavender aroma.

Grind: Medium-fine
Water Temp: 93°C
Water: 270ml
Time: 2:05

Steps:

  1. Pre-wet all the coffee with 40ml and wait 40 seconds

  2. Pour up to 160ml evenly and wait 10 seconds

  3. Pour to 230ml in the center and wait 10 seconds

  4. Final pour to 270ml in the center
