It is fitted with a Thermocoil heating system and PID temperature control, maintaining a stable brew temperature at 93°C — a key factor in achieving balanced flavour. The powerful steam wand delivers milk texturing at up to 130°C, ideal for producing fine, silky microfoam suitable for latte art.
