It is of the rare and prestigious yellow Geisha variety, considered one of the most valuable cultivars in the world. We present it in a city plus roast to suit filter and espresso. It has a full body, high sweetness, and flavor notes of blackberry, fig, raisin, cherry, and medium acidity.
