Tico Pepe Natural - Colombia

This is an extended fermentation, comes from Fresno town in the Tolima department of Colombia, grown at 1400 meters in El Vergel state farm on volcanic soil near the Black Mountain from Caturra varietal. The coffee presents complex layers of tropical and red fruits depending on the brew method. With a dashing sweetness like dark grapes, and a beautiful aroma like orange blossom.
