The Profitec 400 Espresso Machine from the German espresso machine manufacturer Profitec features a single boiler for both steam and espresso, and an electronic thermostat that allows for precise temperature control. Three temperature settings can be saved and accessed via the button on the bottom of the machine, as well as the ability to turn the energy-saving system on and off. Color-coded dials can be attached to the steam and water handles and change their color to suit a variety of features.
